A widely reported suspect in the New Year’s Eve shooting attack at Istanbul’s Reina nightclub is pleading innocence.Iakhe Mashrapov confirmed he was the citizen of Kyrgyzstan whose passport was published online earlier today, but was not in Turkey at the time of the terrorist attack, the Turmush news site reported.
